A Capital Homes build at Paerata Rise has taken first place at the 2023 Registered Master Builders Awards, while five other build partners on the South Auckland development placed within the top 100

Out of nearly 300 entries across nine regions across the country, this is the most build partners placing this high amidst any other developments in the nation.

“These awards act as an amazing opportunity to recognise the skill, passion, and teamwork it takes to deliver quality homes for our residents,” says Shaun Millar, Sales and Marketing Manager of Paerata Rise, “so we are thrilled to see so many of our partners recognised for this.”

Since its opening in 2018, Paerata Rise has committed itself to providing dream homes to its residents.

Capital Homes’ win and other build partners, Emandee Homes, Jennian Homes Franklin, Frame Homes, Landmark Homes Auckland, and Precision Homes’ placements in the awards goes to show the care and dedication these build partners have to their work.

“Providing those who choose to build in Paerata Rise their ‘forever home’ is a core value for Paerata Rise, with a people-first focus and a major appreciation for fine craftmanship and innovation,” says Chris Johnston, Executive Director of Paerata Rise.

Regarding innovation, another of Paerata Rise’s build partners, Platinum Homes, is designing houses that work smarter, not harder, as construction begins on their first high-performance showhome in Paerata Rise, expected to be finished by April 2024.

These high-performance homes are to be designed with seven key sustainable design principles, including airtight construction, insulation, ventilation, thermal bridge-free design, solar orientation, windows and glazing, and acoustic insulation.

“As the community here at Paerata Rise grows, it is very rewarding to have our build partners bring our residents dream-homes to life,” adds Johnston.
