Clive Goodman is the new franchise owner and principal at Century 21 Crism Realty, Silverdale
He has been in real estate for over a decade, including holding property management roles in both New Zealand and South Africa. He has owned and managed his own real estate agency in Johannesburg and worked as an Internal Audit Manager for a South African listed company.
Clive has studied Commerce at the University of South Africa and holds a Property Management and Valuation Certificate. Since last year he has worked from Century 21’s Silverdale Street office as property manager.
National Manager of Century 21 New Zealand Geoff Barnett is delighted to welcome Clive Goodman and his wife Reena into the company’s franchise family. He says as well as strong property management experience, Clive has a history of working with the utmost integrity and professionalism across the industry, including residential and commercial sales.
“Given his qualifications, experience and drive, Clive has a very good handle on the real estate industry,” says Mr Barnett.
Since opening in the main street of the Silverdale village in 2015, Century 21 has successfully transacted a lot of business throughout the wider Hibiscus Coast and Bays area.
Clive says he’s excited about the venture with North Auckland’s unrelenting growth continuing to present great opportunities for both buyers and sellers alike.
“Many of our clients are young couples or families looking to buy in a quiet yet vibrant community but still be within easy reach of Auckland.
“Our office has been busy with the massive Millwater development in recent years. With many other subdivisions happening in Dairy Flat and Wainui as well as local developments big and small set to come on stream in the future, it’s a really exciting time,” he says.
