Eco Green Homes Ltd’s latest design has achieved a independently verified 10-star Home Star Design rating and a 5-star ‘Lifemark’ rating, the highest design rating in the North Island
The house is also New Zealand’s first house to achieve a perfect 10-star rating on Homestar version 3.
Designed with both the young and old in mind, this futuristic house is green and ultra-modern.
The house incorporates both enhanced daylight using solar powered skylights and clean indoor air using low Voc paint.
Coupled with high wall insulation (R3.8) and German triple-glazed windows, the house promises to be a warm, healthy and comfortable home designed to enhance the living quality of its occupants.
The Homestar and Lifemark ratings provide independent recognition of the measures Eco Green Homes Ltd have taken to create a warm, healthy, energy and water efficient home with minimal waste and environmental impact.
